In 1976 Donald Bain started his own small accounting practice. He soon discovered an affinity for specializing in audits. In 1983, he brought in Tom Jones as a partner. Bain & Jones, CPAs served clients up and down the Front Range. In 2018, Josh Chesebro purchased the firm to form CBJ, Inc. Josh brings his up to date technical knowledge and resources as well as his nearly fifteen years experience with two of the largest CPA firms in Colorado.
Don and Josh are also local ranch owners; as a matter of fact, their ancestors were neighbors and friends who homesteaded together in Eastern Colorado at the end of the 19th century! Therefore, CBJ, Inc. has a passion for supporting the local community.
CBJ is licensed to practice in Colorado. Firm License 5000393.
All the CPAs with CBJ are active members of the AICPA and the Colorado Society of CPAs.
